Package : 17lpa +2v + 1joining bonus

Feeling like lowballed by hr.
Though i had counter offer of 17.3 (15.7 fixed)

Queries:
1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.
Is that true ?

I hear about people in finance making 100% bonuses and can’t help but feel like I chose the wrong profession
