Is it wise decision to switch from Deloitte USI to EY india? At consultant 2 level?
Reason for switch is good projects
I have total 4 years of exp in python, SQL, powerBI and analytics
Unfortunately Deloitte is not giving me good project..1. projects are not good at all
2. No learning
3. It's not like they don't have good projects specially in my team SMs are giving those projects to the same team member who are working in that domain since 2-3year..

I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months.
