My YoE is 13. CTC is 21LPA in MNC. No onsite opportunity yet.


Current offer 31LPA from TCS. But basic salary is 10k less compared to my current company. So, I will loose benefits of PF. Also, performance pay is high.

My company wants to give 24.5LPA to rating me. So, my gratuity, PF balance will increase. Also, they wants to try onsite opportunity. I don't have trust on onsite opportunity, because it depends on many factors.

Which one is best? Please Suggest before 7th Dec 2024

Work a CTC of 30LPA, JL6, is it worth to go onsite like Canada or uk or Australia asking with a wife and kid?
What works be the onsite salary for JL6? Few posts i read days 42k, few other posts mention 110k..

My boss (atty) is so disorganized! I’ve been with him 6 months and he’s having a hard time delegating, sharing info and managing deadlines. I’ve organized the caseload to manage the deadlines. He says he wants me to help with discovery but when I offer to start on one, he says he needs to do it. (Since he might have to present as evidence) When I give him deadlines and ask for the docs he says he’ll get to it. It’s a small 1 man firm, and I’m the first assistant besides his wife. Any advice?

I had Technical and Managerial discussion with TCS on 2 sept. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Any idea if they will be sending an offer?

How many days after uploading the docs the status changes to Verified?

Ibegin is not accessible …seems the site is in maintenance, any one facing issue right now ?
