Can a senior associate at PwC India join as a director (5% share) in another firm (small firm yet to be established).. there is no independence or objectivity issue.
I am unable to get clarity or navigate how to proceed with this.
Based on limited info i can find, risk is considered material for manager n above especially when you get >5% of your networth from other activity.. please guide.. PwC India Deloitte

Received an offer letter with joining date of a week from a date of offer release. No discussion about my joining date previously, though they knew my notice period is 2 months. Now, when asked HR about revising offer letter with updated DOJ he says, first give me LWD Letter. How can I resign before I actually get confirmation of DOJ?
Please suggest. Should I resign and wait for them to send me offer?

Hello fishess, to join in wipro passport is mandatory like they mentioned in onboarding as my previous organisation(payroll company) it is not mandatory so i dont have a passport and my joining date is april 28th

1.Wipro will give any hike after completing probation period of 6 months??
