I am currently working as a Manager at Flipkart . Since last two years I am at same CTC since Flipkart hasn't given any hike. I have an offer from Safari Industries as a Senior Manager with 43% hike. Should I make a switch. I am bit hesitant due to small company and small brand for future switches.
Since it's owned by a single person, there are chances of Lala type culture.
Please help in deciding.

Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.

What's the dropout/rejection rate after this grand storytelling saga?

Also, does a bar raiser happen to everybody? Or to just the ones who pass the loop?
