Company 1 - MSD. Fortune 100 company into pharmaceutical manufacturing domain. Main tech stack is AWS, databricks, Airflow and python. Mostly python coding as much as I understood.

Company 2 - Modmed. Mid teir healthcare SaaS company. Main tech stack is databricks, SQL, Domo, BI tools. Looks like mostly working on internal tools and analytics domain work

Please suggest what to choose.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
