When you're contacting helpdesk, what updates you're getting from them?
Then it will be a big problem
Can I know what the level you want and what they given
I got level 10, but I guess as per hike they have provided on basis of that its low.
Also discussed with my colleagues they mentioned it's difficult for long term to get promotion to level 9.
I'm also having the same issue. I also want to change the location and want to prepone the DOJ. But after so many emails to the persons mentioned in the offer letter, not getting any responses. So frustrating this is
Situation is still same for me, no reply on calls/ mails.
Update -
After calling HR 20+ times in a day, she picked the call and after discussing she said she can neither update the location not she can negotiate on CTC.
Only thing she can do is update the Joining Date and send revised OL.
After the confirmation I resigned now waiting for the revised OL.
I'm not liking here anyway, so resigned. Needed some "Me Time"

Hey, I am also in same situation what you've mentioned.
I had some concern with location and if they are not ready to provide my preferred location I was trying to have a conversation to review my fixed component.

Yes they directly sent ol and after i said my prepared location is different then she said will change accept ol, and now they are saying wait for BGV completion after that resign. But my notice period is 90 days not sure if they will wait or not. I was informed of the HR same..

Don't depend on accenture HR, they will ghost you if they find other candidates willing to join for less. Try giving more interviews.

HRs will contact us on their own time. Revised OF usually takes few days
Same issue. PoC is useless garbage , no response since 1 month. Helpdesk says that HR will call and send revised OL. Don't know when , I i have already resigned and looking for other opportunities.
I had technical interview and cleared it also received an email for skills 2 round but after selecting a slot there is no response from them, could you let me know how much did they offer you?
I received a call from HR for Round2(TechnoManagerial), basically Technical Round only.
But recently they started this new way of selecting the window for your interview.
