I'm also nearing the final interviews with a Series B Startup Real Estate SaaS company as well: AE role, 65k base, 250k OTE. I'm torn as I've wanted to get back into tech sales for a while, but the offer for the Recruiting role speaks volumes. What pertinent variables would you be looking for given the odd times in the world & market? Thanks in advance!

Anyone have rate advice for a stint in reality? Non-union, web and streaming platforms, day rate. I do expect it to be lower than advertising rates but need a number to come at them with.

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

I am 25 F. Working in Aerospace & Military Defence Co as a Technical Buyer. I have 2 years expierence within administrative roles, 1 year in procurement. I got this role after interviewing for one below (purchasing assistant) the salary for that role was 21-24K. I was already on 24K so they offered me the same salary - however, the buyer role came up and they offered me this instead but same salary -24K. I have a pay review in April, I want to ask for 28K, is this too much?

I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. I’ve tried to counter offer but they said I’m currently maxing the salary band (L4). This role is exciting as I’d be the first UK employee, doing the full sales cycle & more but I had the same base and ote as an SDR. Is it too low? Do I take it?
