HSBC.in Pune offered me Consultant Specialist position.

I have 10 YOE into Java, Spring boot and related frameworks.

They offered me 25LPA fixed.

My CCTC: 18 LPA including 1.25 Variable.

I have send them one counter offer email. The counter offer I have is of 29 LPA fixed.

I have asked them to give me 10% on the counter offer.

Just wanted to know, how much are the chances for revision?

And is 26LPA too low to join HSBC?

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. Should I try to negotiate a raise or look for other opportunities?
