Hi folks. What would be a good salary to negotiate for a consulting job in Oman? I'm currently based out of India and have 4-5 years of post MBA work experience, of which 3 years are in consulting.

Recently was informed that my salary will be increasing and was asked to sign a Confidentiality and Assignment of Inventions Agreement.

Anyone experience this before? Is it pretty typical?
