How is the job market for SAP ABAP consultants?
I'm functional consultant currently with 3+ YOE in MM and FICO (OpenText VIM) modules. My seniors have advised me to learn ABAP since techno-functional consultant will have more demand.
But I need to know the reality check!
Secondly, I need to know if any product based companies hire SAP Consultants? If Yes, please suggest me how to get into such companies.

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
