Hi Folks I have an offer with NielsenIQ and Ford Motor Company

YOE: 7.9
Skill: Frontend (react)
NielsenIQ : 28 + 2.8
Ford Motor Company : 28.8 + 3.8

Package almost similar but Ford has extra 2L in overall CTC. One of the concerns is travel as NielsenIQ is nearby for me whereas I need to travel to 40km for Ford.

Can anyone give me an idea of which to choose Is travel worth to choose Ford over NIQ Please suggest,
