I’m looking to carve out my career in HR. I have 2 years in a dedicated HR Coordinator role (essentially with Generalist duties) and 5+ years in senior level hospitality management. I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Anything I might have missed?

Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded.
