I have got an job offer for Warsaw. The firm is paying me 216000 zloty gross yearly. Currently I am earning 25 lacs per annum in India. Should I accept this offer? I am confused considering impending recession. I will be moving with my dependent wife.

I got selected in LTI, the offered CTC is less than my current CTC, HR says they have budget constraints.

They were aware about my current CTC right from the first call.

I also shared the counter offer that I'm holding. (Offered CTC > Current CTC)
Switch won't make sense if I don't get the basic hike.

I just recently worked 58.6 hours in a week, weekly pay, nice OT profit right? Depends on where you live.

In Iowa, there is no Overtime pay mandate, the overtime pay is at the discretion of the business. I received 58.6 hours of base pay for the week.

If the company makes less than $1 million per year or does not engage in intercontinental sales, the company is not required to pay the overtime rate of time and a half, just your base rate.

Be honest, does company name matter. Looking to exit and some nice startups have approached me. They have less than a 100 employees. Pay is double my current pay.
