NPS employer contribution means your employer will contribute YOUR money using THEIR influence. It's limit is 10% of basic max with no fixed amount. So if your base pay is ₹6L per year, you can contribute ₹60k through employer contribution (80 CCD (2) ) but only ₹50k through employee contribution (80 CCD (1b) ).
It's not true. Employer contribution towards you is limited to 10,000 or something. And it doesn't depend on your fixed pay it depends on your basic pay
