I have total 3.6 years of experience as Soc analyst L1 (SIEM). If I am going to switch the company, how much CTC, I should expect.

Current CTC : 5 LPA

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.
