Nagarro looking for retention with 37lacs (all fixed. Only 5% allocation bonus which they pay)

Need suggestion if I should go for EPAM Systems or stay at Nagarro !

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.
