I have a query:

I have applied for a DevOps Job at Barclays on 8th April.
On 10th April, my Application Status on the Barclays workday portal changed to - 'Preliminary Conversation'
On 14th April, Application status again changed to - 'Interviews Underway'.

And I still haven't got any call from any HR.

Whats going on here? Is this normal?
If yes, how long does it take for an actual interview once the application status is changed to - 'Interviews Underway'??

From tcs I got mail to upload documents 20 days before (10th June)

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me

Can anyone help me how much time this takes ? Most of the times no HR is replying to my mails and calls not answering

I got an offer of 9 LPA and my current CTC is 6.22LPA.
I am confused whether I accept the offer or reject it because now a days there is no calls for interviews.
