Hi guys, I have an offer from Capgemini - 22 LPA

All documentation done for Capgemini but BGV call is pending for tomorrow. And next day after BGV is on boarding.

Today i got offer from Mphasis for 28 LPA.

Can i re-negotiate with Capgemini now? Will they match the offer. HR initially said that budget is 22 lpa only.

I'm going to Machu Picchu next month with my brother and hiking the Inca trail. Any recommendations on what I absolutely need to bring for the hike? Anyone who hiked the Inca trail take like a battery pack or something with them for their camera?

Currently I am working as a automation tester and have 4.3 yrs of exp in globant. But due to return to office, I resigned from globant. I have few offers from telus(permanent WFH), Zs associates (WFO), Hughes Systique(WFO).
