I have an offer from IBM with 23L +1 L joining bonus..
Expecting offer from Capgemini but HR said she can give only 25L...
I was expecting 26L but she is not ready.. Should I still negotiate it.. I am more inclined towards CG for work location.. I am anxious if I stress too much on salary hike then they may reject my profile..

I have 5+ yrs of experience and it's been 1 week since I have switched from TCS to one product base company as they had offered me very high package.

Now I regret this decision due to toxic work culture, timings and many more which wasn't told me during the interview nor before my joining.
