Why some companies take interviews but don't say anything wheather you selected or not? Specially if they don't select.

WHY??

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Btw, I have been interviewed for 6 rounds in Citrix and waiting to hear from them.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). I tried following up thrice after, no response.

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off. Additionally I’ve had a couple interviews where company “X” interviewers have commented on this and in an effort to not bad mouth my previous employer I’m stuck with a generic answer like I want to take my career to the next level with Company “X.” Any thoughts/advice?

I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. Hi. I was recently offered two jobs within the company. I had to turn down the first offer. I feel really awful about it. I really liked that team and the hiring manager. I want to send an email to the hiring manager thanking them for their time and consideration etc. Would that be unprofessional? Could it offend them? What would you do in such a situation?

What are questions to ask in an interview with a startup? I work at a medium sized company that brings in ~$70m in revenue with decent health benefits and 401k. I’ll be interviewing with a startup that’s under 50ppl and from what I could find online makes ~$4m in revenue and received a second round of funding (but is in debt). Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

Is it correct to share our current employment letter and payslip with company even before interview is scheduled?

My elder brother (2 year elder) and jobless from 8 years (don't want to do anything just sleep all day - he is also a software engineer).

I have to take care of his everything thing which includes his health insurance, his clothes, his daily foods, and other basic things. If i don't do then my mother is getting angry. Also, he Don't respect me and bad mouth about me with our relatives that i am not doing anything for him.

I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
Can anybody advise on this if they been through the same.
