I interviewed in EY last to last week Saturday and got documents submission mail on Monday also the salary discussion happened. Now, this Wednesday i got a call from HR and she asked me few details and told me that she is working on my offer only. Now, today is the third day. Can anyone tell me how many days they will take still to release the offer.

I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. I’ve heard whisperings of a promotion or raise, but my workload is already too much, I don’t know if I’d want to accept more responsibility.
