Hi Guys, I want to know the company culture of LTIMindtree. I heard about an unusual leave policy, like no single-day sick leaves and a sandwich leave policy (counts weekends if Friday and Monday are leave). Is that correct? how do employees maintain work-life balance? How about the project availabilities ? They are currently recruiting many senior people, but is the company really growing? Please give your insight. I just got an offer and need to decide to join or not.
