I was invited for a technical interview at Accenture which I cleared, post which they asked me to give online assessment, so after few days they came back stating that it has audit issues(I was looking away from the screen for a while), so they asked me to give it again. This time I made sure to look at the screen throughout the test, but they're again stating that this also has audit issue,HR told its totally in hands of audit team, so will they take my candidature forward?

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

Started a new job 7 months ago. There’s been a hiring freeze and it seems they canned the recruitment team. Things seems to be slowing down drastically in the span of a week. Getting the resume all spiffed up and getting interviews together. When do you make the exit? “When you find a job” I know, but…

Also, would me making my exit to another role that I might leave in a 8 months bite me in the ass down the line? Do I just grab anything in the interim?

I am done with the multiple rounds of technical interviews in PWC AC and HR confirmed that the feedback is positive and they are working on next process.
Its been one week I haven't received any communication on that. When I called HR, she told that background check team will reach out to me over email or call in some days.

Can anyone suggest if I should hope for the offer letter in this case from PWC AC or not.
Also, what salary I should negotiate for Senior Associate.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??
