Hi Guys,
I was working for a company last year and resigned in month of November.
I received payslips for the month of October November and December with increment.
However my salary for month of January and February was to be paid in FNF.
The company took 61 days to make the fnf payment and gave me just ₹22000 rupees saying you have been mistakenly given the increment.
My fnf amount comes to be ₹146585 as per my salary slip of October November December.

Should I post this on LinkedIn?

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
