I need some advice. I’m a professional MBA student. I Was trying to break into MSFT with an internship. They ended up pulling me out of the interview loop to extend a FT offer to me. It didn’t happen. I started an Prod. Manager internship with Indeed just a week ago with hopes of converting over FT. A hiring manager & a recruiter from MSFT (2 diff reqs) just contacted me to pursue the FT offer once more. What should I do? Should I tell them about the internship? Would they wait 11 wks for me?

I was just promoted to senior. I would like to leave public after obtaining my CPA/having a busy season as a senior under my belt. PA wrecks havoc on my anxiety and I don’t know how long I can realistically last in this position. This might be horrible to say but I would honestly love a job with structured hours (ie just the basic 9-5, maybe some overtime here and there but not the norm/expected) and the work is also very boring/similar day to day. Can anyone recommend positions that fit this?

I am working in TCS from last 1.5 years on an Oracle implementation project. My work revolves around data migration. I use nothing more than PL/SQL and very basic SQL. Our project has very tight deadlines and ends on October 2023. Because of this I was unable to learn new skills outside of project. I want a way out, either out of this project or join another company. My major fear is regarding the skills I have: Oracle, plsql, sql. Is it enough to look out for roles in other companies?

Curious what Salaries are for Account Managers with 6 YOE and two different territories for the last four of those 6 years. No commission/bonuses ever given and no promotions since I took the position 6 years ago despite speaking up several times. COL raises at 1.5% and I now make 70k but at the top of my pay range. I’m starting to look for other jobs now because I’m fed up with having two territories without a raise for the extra work. I feel I should have been promoted to Senior AM long ago.
