Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. I have not gotten a merit raise since the last 2 January’s, the state raises the threshold for salary folks. My company says that was my raise. Is this right? I bring a background from the clinical operations of my company, scheduling, field work, and what the average employee faces. I want to look else where but I’m not sure.

Posting on behalf of my friend who works in Infosys

He has 2 offers in hand for Python backend development roles

1. Deutsche bank- AVP-engineering role- 23 fixed +1L variable- job profile is platform engineer with Python development
2. Mindtree- C4 role- 27 fixed including 12% bonus( they have mentioned it is 100% payout in 12 installment) + 1L joining bonus - job profile is 80% support and 20% development.

Please suggest which is better option?
