I'm a Off-campus 2024 PADA (Packaged App Development Associate) hire. Got Accenture offer with Nov '2024 joining, Which I requested to extend due to TCS notice Period. Following that Received revised offers in Dec '2024 & Jan '2025, but no onboarding updates since. Raised multiple MyZone tickets—got only generic replies. Any updates on 2025 onboarding timeline for off-campus 2024 PADA hires?

If anyone have info regarding onboarding timeline please let me know.

What can a junior associate do about a mid-level that constantly asks questions about things they were cc’d on, sends dozens of piecemeal emails and is generally just super high strung and needs everything right away?? Anyone here work 2 fulltime jobs? I barely work for less than 10 hours a week at my current job (except for like 2.5 months when it gets really busy). Is it okay to share offer letters that we have with other company recruiters? Aren't offer letters strict and confidential. Can we refuse to show the same or what can we do in these situations

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?
