I'm about to get an offer from Publicis Sapient for Senior Quality Engineer role. Can you suggest if it will be a good decision to join considering I'm in QA automation profile? I've read quite bad reviews about sapient recently and will not join if it is not good for QAs considering WLB and job security.

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
