I’m a new associate working for a well-known defense attorney in my state. On one hand, I’m thankful for the opportunity to learn from one of the best, but he also excoriates and belittles me for my mistakes. Any advice on how much it tolerable? How much does an EAP psychologist make in Sydney? I feel that while I’m making $90k, it’s only about $45/hr which is a joke when the standard session prices are around $200/hr. And my company charges customers upward of $250/hr but only pays a small fraction. I’ve been with the same company for 3yrs and want to negotiate higher pay but want to know what others offer.
