Other one is EPAM Systems they will train in data engineer and then project interview offer 21 +2 joining bonus.

Can you guys please share thoughts on this.

Is it naive to hope that there could be a job out there that I actually LIKE doing as opposed to just forcing myself to do it for the paycheck? I work for a great company with (mostly) great people but still find myself wishing I could be doing anything else throughout the workday.
