I've been selected at Comcast for dev 2 with 12 LPA.
BGV has been completed successfully and i went to connect event at Comcast office met the team even got the Comcast tshirt etc.

Now I've got another offer from Cisco the compensation is 85% more than what Comcast offered+ 2L sign on bonus.

I've more inclined towards cisco due to compensation and me being network engineer i think cisco suits me better.

Now if i decline this offer didn't join to Comcast this year can i join again ?

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr.
