I have joining in J.P. Morgan (502) next week. but i have another offer from HSBC and it's been two weeks since HSBC (role - similar to 602) HR took my documents, and I'm waiting for the offer letter. I have heard that HSBC takes time to release offer letters.

Would it be wise to drop J.P. Morgan and wait for HSBC's offer?

I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. I have got offer from CTS and doing pre-onboarding formalities. As part of BGV the are asking to fill HR Manager name and contact numbers.
