Hi guys, what is the average wait time currently for UK visa issuance from the day of vfs appointment?

I had my scheduled appointment today and was told there is long wait time by a personnel. However my COS PwC told it is doable for a person joining on September 1st week. Would like to know how much accurate their words are .

Can someone having work experience of 6 years in Procurements can move to a domain like CSR?

If yes, what would be required for that?

My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.
