I am a Salesforce Developer with 2.5 YOE and my skillset includes Apex,Aura,LWC,VisualForce,Integration and good knowledge on administrative tools as well. My current CTC is 5.5LPA which i believe is less compared to my YOE and skillset.

So what should be my ask when looking for opportunisties ?

(Backstory) I was interviewing for an HR Business Analyst role with a company, I didn’t get the job but they referred me to a “Strategic Workforce planning Analyst” role they have open bc it would be a better fit. I’m an HR Analyst and have been working with HR metrics for a few years, but I’m not entirely sure what that transition would look like.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????

I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician, with 21 years of experience. I work at an independent pharmacy outside of Charlotte, NC. I make $18.75 an hour and had to fight/beg for that. I do not feel that I am being paid near enough for the work I do. I am wondering what others in the area make, so I can go back to my boss and ask for more. Nowadays I'm seeing lot of singapore opportunity for contract and extendable contract position.there is a new visa rule coming in 2024 (may be) which will be point based system(no control for organization) for the expats mainly to reduce the foreigners .so all these contracts opportunities for untill the new visa rule after that only eligible will stay and others will be kicked out?
