Looking to move to MBB/T2 in the Middle East. Would like to spend the evenings in home base. Does it mean I should be applying only for Riyadh as most of the Dubai consultants are there anyways during the work week?

Also how is the culture/hours compared to Dubai, is it atleast bearable? Could also apply elsewhere but the comp is pretty attractive here. Just not sure what will be best at this stage.
