I Recently relocated to Bangalore after marriage and had to leave my Java backend role at Siemens due to family commitments. Currently navigating a challenging transition while looking for a new opportunity with better work-life balance - something I know many of us can relate to. With 2 years of Java backend experience (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices), I'm seeking referrals for positions in Bangalore.

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.
