Hi. How does one do verification of candidates which organisation wants to hire. We checked with past employer. Their feedback was good. In our organisation we are having problem. What is lacking in the verification? We hire office boy or accountant we always cross check with past organisation, yet we were facing problem. Can someone guide us? This problem reoccurring creating problems for the HR department, doubting their capabilities and now the situation is they may loose their job. Pls help!

Do you guys think it's worth paying off an auto loan? I have a 10k, 3 year loan with about 4k balance remaining. Interest is about 4%. I want to get rid of the loan but the total interest I pay over the life of the whole loan is only like $700.

For those who work in Agencies, how do you accurately identify the work capacity of your Account Management team? I’m currently comparing against account billable/number of accounts, however, there are still discrepancies. I layer on time tracking, but smaller billable accounts will sometimes be just as demanding as larger billable accounts which create profitability issues.
