Hi, I am a RN with around 12 years experience including ICU and ED amongst other areas. I am set to finish up my BSN this year and am looking for a change from bedside. I'd LOVE an office or remote position that will allow me a bit more flexibility in my schedule and keep me from being a zombie on my days off! I've read about clinical documentation review positions and case management work, but are there other "office" type positions out there for RNs? Love feedback on those who work those jobs!

Or should i go and work as an Analyst first and then look for an opportunity at more adv role?

How do I negotiate for a higher starting level? I have 5 years of experience and they told me I would be either L4/L5 but now I’m hearing it’s between L3/L4. I love google and I want to work here but I don’t think I could come in at L3. This is for SWE and onsites went very well
