What certificates/training should I do in order to apply for a brand manager/marketing manager on the brand side? Almost regretting my choices since I come from a prominent pharma ad agency as an account, and it seems like most brands consider account as sales, and limit pharma transition into non-pharma industry.

Definitely took the wrong job. I was offered a seriously competitive salary and great benefits to work at a well funded startup, which is great! Turns out the salary and benefits were meant as lowkey bribes to insure I worked at the company without actually doing any work. Learnt SPI/I2C/NVIC/exception handling and FREERTOS/OS. A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
