I am a "software Developer" having total work experience of 6.5 years. I have been working in my current company since 3.5 years. There are 3 major tasks i have to do

Manage a group of 3 devs
work on issues/Requirements
work on small new app.

The thing is I struggle at times in motivating myself to get on and do the work honestly and with full concentration but some how I do only 60% of my daily work. I have dependency in my project that's why managers don't say much to me..(1/2)

I am .net developer basically developed window and web application with the help of vb.net,c#,Asp.net MVC,html,jquery,css,bootstrap, sql server.

Yoe 6yrs not getting much calls , also if getting calls in technical not getting selected.
