Hi I am data engineer with 4 YOE Initially, Tiger Analytics offered me ₹20 LPA fixed + ₹50K joining bonus. Later, when I shared my new offer from PhData of ₹27 LPA (25 fixed + 2 variable) but work from office (5 days week due to bank project) the HR mentioned that they could only revise the offer to ₹22.5 LPA fixed + ₹1.7 LPA variable.

After that, I emailed them requesting ₹24 LPA fixed + ₹1 Lakh joining bonus, as I am already compromising ₹2 lakh for the benefit of WFH.

How is WLB in Tiger Analytics?
Do they allow project movement , If we don't like the kind of work we get in project?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
