I have interviewed with kgs recently earlier i have asked for 18lpa but now i have received one other offer I don't want to join that company.. they have offered 22lpa + relocation and joining

Can i ask kgs 22lpa for consultant position advisory ( business consulting not any tech) can they offer?

And what's the bonus offered by them is it 100% payable?

Today I received mail from KPMG. On FNF , 27300 rupees in not included.
