I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.

Cannot wait for my next vacation!
Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation
Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

Both are good
JPMC: Techstack used is better, not much worklife balance, benefits almost same
WellsFargo: worklife balance is there, techstack not as upgraded as jpmc but a lot of opportunities to try new tech stack..benefits same
Thank you
Jpmc
I would choose JPMC over any offer. that is my opinion though but I really think they are a great company. good luck to you!
JPMC anyday. ..just get more clarity on your LOB for jpmc regarding stability and wlb
But I am afraid this can be used against us in future. I don't want any night shifts

As per your experience it's low, even Nagarro offered me 33 lpa and having 7 YOE with same tech skills.
Curious about Ctc offered and any stocks?
Thanks for replying
