can anybody explain why there is so low fixed and variable pay
what is all this special pay I, II, III?
what is a Special component/ other bonus - special skill allowance, will we get this full amount monthly?
can we anyhow restructure this? (No, as per HR, this is a standard format and they also can't do anything about it)
And how much can I expect in hand pre and post-tax?
