I’ll be interviewing with a startup that’s under 50ppl and from what I could find online makes ~$4m in revenue and received a second round of funding (but is in debt). What are smart questions to make sure the company would be a good fit and for me to know what risks I could face joining a startup?

Hi guys, I have accept the offer letter but due to some reason I want to extend DOJ (initial DOJ + 8 days). So, I mail her about this she told me start working on pre-joining formalities we will share new DOJ shortly. But it's been a two day's I haven't got any mail. Looking for some advice on a career change. I work in a technical role and have well-developed soft skills. I want to transition to UX (w/ focus on accessibility). There are a lot of UX educational programs out there, some very new, e.g. Dribbble, and costs are all over the place - General Assembly is $15k (and full-time), CareerFoundry almost $8k, and then many others at a fraction of the price. Reviews also vary wildly. Are these more expensive programs worth the huge increase in cost?

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
