What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. Hello! I work in change management and am assigned to an IT POM transformation. I’m still in my fact finding/change readiness analysis phase, but struggling with the senior leadership team. Does anyone have any lesson learned or best practices in eliciting feed back from senior leaders? think SVP and above? I thought about focus groups, but their time is limited. What is the best Change Management certification? I see Prosci everywhere but I recently learned about the one offered by Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). I’m currently a Sr Program Manager within the Change Management arm of a small boutique firm looking to get certified in hopes of exiting into a better role/company.

Interviewed with Deloitte for SCon position but the offer has not been released yet. PwC interview is scheduled next week.
