Hi, I am little bit confused about my career as capg is my first company where I joined. It's almost 1.5 years but still not cleared with the technology for which I have to work. Previously working on azure and recently working in basic linux and SQL developer tool.

Three job interviews with a company, last one creating a marketing plan and presenting to marketing VP. I received good feedback from him. Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. I’m really annoyed and tired. Thoughts?

I studied finance in undergrad and had a couple of internal audit internships. I only started a few month ago but I never saw myself doing IT Audit and I don’t like it thus far! YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Hi fishes, urgent. I have offers from two companies. One is offering x. Another x + 6. While telling the company (with x offer) that i have got offer from another company, do i have to show the whole offer letter to negotiate? And if i'm showing only the salary breakup page, should i hide the company logo?
Can HRs talk internally to mess with your offer from another company?
