I keep starting huge projects or hobbies and being intensely into it for about 10 days/2 weeks, after which I forget about it and the project just lays around my house for months until I get interested in it again or I toss it out/donate it. It was fine when I was living alone but my partner is seriously frustrated with how messy the house gets and how much I spend on supplies for these things. Has anyone moved from Zinnov to big consulting firm? I am a little skeptical about good exit opportunities from Zinnov to Big 4 or MBB. Kindle help me out if anyone has any experience on the same.

My current YoE 7 and CCTC is 8.5 . Tech Stack is MSBI. I have seen colleagues left and got ~20LPA package. But though having excellent technical rounds companies are saying we can offer you upto 16LPA(I have seen that highest) dur to low CCTC. My expectation is 18LPA fixed but didn't able to get till now. Basically I use to opt out if I don't get 18LPA. Trying since last 3 months no luck. Is there any way to get that desired amount by not showing any offer in hand ?

Just to specify I am not considering the other product based businesses of WITCH since thats not relevant for me. I am a cyber risk consultant and want to know what I would be getting into if I join one of these.

A few points which I thought about. BIG4 has better brand recognition. WITCH may offer higher learning in core cyber technologies.
