Hi, I am working as a SAP Finance Consultant (Senior Analyst) in PwC India. I've cleared all rounds of interviews in Deloitte India for the analyst position (FI Consultant). They are offering me 8-8.5L while my expectation is at least 9.5L.
I have 2.1 yrs of experience with 2 implementation projects. I'm leading the second implementation project. My current salary is 5.7L.
Is this a fair expectation? If not how much should I expect? What is the general pay for analysts working in Deloitte India.

UBS has mentioned 2L of relocation bonus in my offer letter.
Do I need to submit any bills to claim the same?

I am working on a citi project from last year, project is not so good. Is it possible to change the project or account within synechron ?

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
