I got an offer from Ciena.I have few queries,if anyone is working/worked with Ciena,pls answer
- The recruiter is asking me to join early,he mentioned if I join the company after July I won't get any hike in the next year,as I'll be out of the hike cycle.Is it true?
- What is the average annual hike in Ciena(at SDE-2 level)?
- Should I join Ciena early or shall I join it in 2 months,so I might get a better opportunity than Ciena?
